Join our Beginner’s Club to learn along-side other yoga newcomers!

Yoga Shanti is excited to introduce you to a practice we think you will love, and that will change your life for the better! We have selected a syllabus of postures that will safely introduce you to foundational yoga postures, basic anatomy, and yoga philosophy.

Beginner’s Club membership entitles you to
Unlimited Beginner’s & Level 1 classes.

Beginner’s Classes focus on standing postures and the rhythm of moving with breath. Classes will then end with ten minutes of restorative postures.

Level 1 Classes are for those students who are interested in moving beyond the standing poses in preparation for Open and Flow classes. Classes will still be heavily focused on standing poses, but students will be introduced to everything from sun salutations to inversions. The main difference between this class and Open and Flow classes is that things which may be taken for granted in a flow class are taught as peak poses, or peak transitions here.

Beginner’s Club Membership is $100 per month
& free mat rental is included!!

Your membership will renew monthly until you and/or our staff feel that you are ready to try some of our other classes like Open and Flow. Upon graduating from Beginner’s Club, we offer a 30% discount trial of our Shanti Gold Membership.

Please note…

  • Class sizes are limited, so please pre-register online for the classes to ensure your space
  • You must cancel any class within 24 hours or you will be charged a $25 fee.
  • There are no upfront costs, and you may cancel your membership by sending us an email one week prior to your auto-renew date.
