A Week-Long Yoga Retreat with Colleen Saidman Yee & Rodney Yee at the Beautiful Blue Spirit Retreat Center in Nosara, Northern Costa Rica!
March 19-26, 2011
Join Colleen Saidman and Rodney Yee on on their return to Blue Spirit Retreat in Costa Rica, Central America! The 2010 experience was so wonderful they are returning again in 2011!!
"Colleen and I were perusing our retreat possibilities for 2010 and we both agreed it was time to go somewhere for pure fun and relaxation. A warm beach was first on the list of requirements especially in the face of a frigid winter, and then comes accommodations, food, and cultural environment. Costa Rica was the immediate and final answer. Colleen and I have always fantasized about going there. So free your mind and come frolic the ocean waters in a brand spanking new and beautiful retreat center with us. The yoga will be tailored to getting you into a state of shear ecstasy and relaxation so that you can bask in the sunshine and soak up all the wonders of the world. It will also serve as a spring board to deepening your yoga practice so you will return home both inspired and renewed. Everyone will be pampered and taken care of in and out of yoga class. "
About 'Blue Spirit Retreat'

This 7-day yoga retreat includes morning and afternoon yoga classes with Colleen and Rodney, and three wonderful meals per day. The cuisine at Blue Spirit Retreat focuses on organic (as available), natural vegetarian cooking made from locally grown produce, as well as fresh fish caught by fisherman from local waters.

About Costa Rica
Costa Rica has not only become known for its beauty and ecological tourism, but also as a country whose values reflect many of ideals embraced by those of us interested in world peace, environmental preservation, excellent education, and a high standard of health care. Costa Rica is unique in Central America as it has the longest uninterrupted democracy; no standing army in more than 50 years; the largest percentage of preserved rain forest per capita in the world; over 90 percent literacy rate; a high level of education and health care supported by the government; and an ongoing support for ecology and sustainability. At present, Costa Rica has initiated a commitment to become the first carbon neutral country on Earth.
