About This Program
How to safely teach specific Shanti-Style Classes. Vinyasa flow is a popular form in modern American yoga classes. It can be uplifting and invigorating if done well, but classes must be designed with attention to the laws of body and mind and the fundamental principles of safety. When the flow is safe, the net result is alert relaxation and freedom of breath. This course will address how to include beginners without sacrificing flow, while ensuring everyone in the class has a true vinyasa experience. Combine this knowledge with essential alignment tips and sound philosophy and your vinyasa flow will be safe, sweet and deep.
