Susan O’Connor is a Board Certified Ayurvedic Health Coach by National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA), a Certified Ayurvedic Health Coach by Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, and is was trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction by the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts. She received global immersion in Ayurveda, meditation and yoga in Karnataka and Bengaluru, India. Additionally, she is a Strategic Advisor to the Global Wellness Institute, Beauty Meets Wellness Initiative. O’Connor welcomes the opportunity to empower clients to achieve vitality, harmony between mind and body, better health, and inner healing.
