This tricky and challenging group of poses is often under-represented in public classes, but we do our students and ourselves a disservice by avoiding them. When executed with comprehension and proper preparation, they’re invaluable in building confidence, strength and equilibrium. Learn how to combine these poses with the exhilaration and benefits offered by Vinyasa flow while ensuring the safety of your students. Confidently add this valuable group of asanas to your teaching repertoire by understanding the progression that leads to the “aha” moment, while arming yourself with the step by step knowledge necessary to tackle them within the context of a safely flowing Vinyasa class.

Classroom Hours

Friday: 5:00-8:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am-6:00pm (90-minute lunch break)

Prerequisites

This teacher training is designed for students who have already completed a 200-hour program. Serious practitioners looking to continue their personal studies in yoga are also welcome to apply; admittance into the program is subject to approval on a case by case basis.


This 50-hour Advanced Training module comprises part of our larger 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Students can enroll in the full 300-hour training or choose to complete any of the five 50-hour modules on a non-matriculated basis.
