Resourceful & Whole: Unlocking your Hidden Potential through the Practice of Yoga (A 3-Part Series)
With Jamie Lugo
Level: Open (all students welcome)
This trio of workshops is designed for anyone who feels inherently passionate but stuck, lost and uninspired—uncertain how to direct their energy practically. Perhaps you often find yourself wondering whether you are on the “right path” or whether you are inhabiting your “true self,” and the question “Wait, what on earth am I doing?” is a familiar one. If any of these self-reflections strikes a chord, these workshops are for you!
As human beings we are already resourceful and whole. We already have all the tools we need to live a genuine and whole life. We already have all the answers we are looking for, buried within us. So why do we sometimes feel lost, confused or unable to find a sense of balance? Yoga teaches us to look within for the answers. Svadhyaya, self-reflection, gives us the opportunity to utilize our own wisdom to gain clarity and insight into who we are, what we want and where we are going.
This 3 part series with Jamie will explore subtle body sequencing combined with life coaching methods designed to unlock our innate potential. Each session will include asana, exploration of the chakras and practical tools to tap into their qualities. Additionally, Jamie will lead the group through experiential, exploratory coaching sessions that evoke transformation and self-discovery.
