Spring Forward: Yoga Therapy and Ayurvedic Practices for the Season
With Kari Harendorf
Level: Open (all students welcome)
As Winter recedes, it is a wonderful time to come out and PLAY. This is nature’s birthing season-the time of creativity and development. In this workshop we will discuss yoga practices and dinacharya (daily self-care routine) that can best support you in the Spring. A seasonal routine is actually one of our best tools for minimizing spring’s kapha-aggravating potential while supporting the elimination of any accumulated excess. In this workshop we will discuss the organs that need support in spring and how our yoga practice can help us shed excess, support cleansing, and gain clarity over what we discovered within in winter, and how best to bring that forth now.
