Join Aarona for a deep and aligning vinyasa class that ends with a restorative meditation. These days many of us are learning the power of both acceptance and action. In this class we’ll explore how to find this in our body and breath — whether flowing or holding postures — teaching our minds and hearts to trust the cycles of life and the power of self-love amid the chaos.
Aarona Ganesan is the author and co-creator of The Moon Deck, an international yoga teacher and a women’s wellness coach.
