Our Ayurvedic Seasonal Reset is designed for health, happiness and longevity generating cellular renewal and fresh mental patterns. It begins with the workshop SACRED FIRE: An Intro to Ayurveda with Corey De Rosa and Dr. Kyle Roberts. This kickoff event sets the stage, with the cleanse itself officially starting the following day.

This seasonal cleanse focuses on rebalancing Agni and Soma—our internal sun and moon energies—and clearing space for new experiences of health and vitality. At the heart of this approach is Agni, the digestive fire. Strengthening Agni through mindful eating and proper food combining helps prevent the buildup of Ama (toxins), supporting a resilient immune system and promoting physical, mental, and spiritual radiance.

All meals are prepared by Corey De Rosa, featuring his South Indian Artisanal Cuisine, rooted in Ayurvedic principles. Each dish is thoughtfully designed for optimal digestion, absorption, and nourishment—food as Consciousness.

For those seeking a more personalized experience, individual Ayurvedic and Eastern Medicine consultations with Dr. Kyle Roberts will be available. These sessions offer tailored practices and habits that participants can carry forward well beyond the cleanse.

Lead By

Corey De Rosa

Since 1994, Corey has been studying and practicing yoga and its more subtle aspects to help balance the stresses of competitive athletics and life itself. This journey opened the door to a deeper understanding of the transformative healing effects of yoga, lifestyle, and the ancient Vedic wisdom at the root of it all.

In 2006, this path led to the opening of Tapovana Healing Center in Sag Harbor and the beginning of a life rooted in service and community.

The latest incarnation of Corey’s 29 years of practice, study, and experience is the nonprofit spiritual café, Tapovana Lunch Box. Its central aim is the cultivation of Agni—the literal and symbolic fire of sacrifice, digestion, and transformation.

Through his delicious South Indian Ayurvedic meals and ongoing service to the community, Corey helps others move closer to their natural states of purity and light.
