Alexandria Rae Brzenk
Alex has completed over 500 hours of training in yoga and integrative yoga therapy, primarily in the Yoga Shanti lineage. Alex’s teaching style is a rhythmic, alignment-based flow combined with restorative postures and meditation to promote balance in the body. Alex is also an Urban Zen Integrative Therapist, utilizing movement, restorative yoga, breath awareness, meditation, essential oils, and Reiki to address symptoms of stress and illness. She received additional training in Restoratives at YogaWorks with Jillian Pransky and holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Georgia Tech.All submissions
