Katie Plumb

Katie Plumb has been enjoying the subtle and not so subtle benefits of a yoga practice at Yoga Shanti since October 2005. Since 1971, she has an astrological practice and sees clients at her home office. She is also a “foodie” having bought Provisions in 1983 and moved it to its current location in 1990. She helped to found Slow Food East End and EECO Farm and has managed the East Hampton Farmers Market for the last 13 years. But far and away she holds her yoga practice to be the single most important avocation. It informs all her other endeavors. Having just finished the last 200-Hour Teacher Training, she has finally decided that she wants to teach. Where and when TBD.
