Sharon first stepped onto a yoga mat nearly 30 years ago. From that first moment, she was fully aware, that a lifelong journey had begun. Her teachings focus on allowing the space around the thoughts, between each breath, and in her student’s hearts, to expand. Her classes are both thoughtful and fun. Her dedication to Asana is part of a bigger whole. She is currently a student of meditation with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. She brings this mindfulness to each of her classes.
