About This Retreat

For our 2024 women’s retreat in the Caribbean, we have secured a gorgeous hotel called Sanara in Tulum, Mexico. Our retreat group will take over the entire hotel, which has 18 rooms. This will be an intimate retreat that is likely to sell out fast. It is a high-end boutique hotel right on the beach, and each of us will have a reserved beach bed for the week! The restaurant is rated as one of the best, and the yoga shala is exquisite. Spa treatments are also plentiful – here is a sampling.

The all-inclusive rates cover accommodation, yoga, and food (except for one night), as well as the 21% tax fee. All service charges and gratuities are also included in this price. The only exception is if you order a-la-carte food or drinks that are not on our meal plan, they will cost extra. Spa treatments, flights to Tulum, Mexico, and airport transfers are not included in the rate. Most of the rooms are suitable for 2 people, and there are some that can be shared among 3 women. A) Ground Floor Master Suites. This is the downstairs suite of the Beach Villa and has 1 King size bed and 1 single bed. The suite has a garden view: Single Occupancy: $7308 | Double Occupancy: $4202 | Triple Occupancy: $3234
B) SOLD OUT Upper-Level Balcony Rooms. This is an upper level room of the Beach Villa and has 1 King size bed and 1 single bed. The suite has a garden view: Single Occupancy $5655 | Double Occupancy: $3325 | Triple Occupancy: $2615
C) Ground Floor Beach Side Suites. These suites have 1 King size bed and a double bed. They have a garden view: Single Occupancy $7324 | Double Occupancy: $4211 | Triple Occupancy: $3240
D) SOLD OUT Upper Level Beach Side Suites. These suites have 1 King size bed and a double bed. They have a garden view: Single Occupancy $7721| Double Occupancy: $4157| Triple Occupancy: $3202

NOTE: Prices above are for payment by cash or check. Credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge. Please register early for the best chance to secure your preferred accommodation. A minimum deposit of $500 per room occupant is required at the time of registration to reserve your room. However, rooms are not secured until paid in full. Registration

Please complete this online registration form to register for this retreat. Once we receive your registration, Maureen will respond by email to confirm the availability of your selected room and to get credit card info if necessary. Thereafter, a minimum deposit of $500 per room occupant is required within 7 days or your room may be offered to another person.

Paying by credit card: Payments by credit card will incur a 3% fee on top of the advertised rate.

When paying by check: To pay by check instead, please make it payable to Yoga Shanti with Sanara Tulum 2024 in the memo section and send to Yoga Shanti, PO Box 2642, Sag Harbor, NY 11963.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail to maureen@yogashanti.com. For cancellations received before December 10th, 2023, you will receive a refund of any monies paid less a $500 non-refundable deposit. No refunds or credits at all will be given for cancellations for any reasons ON or AFTER December 10th, 2023.

Trip Insurance: Yoga Shanti reserves the right to cancel this retreat at any time due to natural disasters, global pandemics, global travel restrictions, world or political events, or for any reason whatsoever at our sole discretion. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly advised to cover any eventualities that lead to trip cancellations by us, or by yourself for personal reasons relating to illness, deaths, global emergencies, family emergencies or business matters, or for any other reasons.
