UZIT Training Application

Application is a three-step process:

1. Please pay in full for the training here ($1800 per training. The amount can be manually edited to $3600 if you are paying for two trainings.)
2. Complete the online application below. Note: If you intend to sign up for two trainings (i.e. a Level 1 and a Level 2), you must complete the application twice—however, the application for Level 2 is much shorter.
3. Once you have completed the application, you should receive a copy via email. Please also email joanna@yogashanti.com to let us know you have completed an application—on rare occasions submissions do not send, so this will allow us to confirm that we have received it.
